Intelligent manufacturing empowers capacity expansion, and scale guarantees quality. The company has built a modern intelligent manufacturing base covering 25.9 mu in the Leizhou Economic Development Zone of Guangdong Province, with a construction area of 32,000 ㎡. Equipped with 125 high-precision PLC optical aligners, fully automatic coupling and packaging production lines and dust-free clean workshops, it achieves a stable monthly output of 800,000 pieces. Strictly complying with ISO quality and environmental management system standards, we implement full-process standardized control. From chip coupling and fiber array alignment to packaging and testing, every step is precisely managed to provide global customers with passive component solutions featuring high consistency, high stability and high reliability.

EXPLORATION & INNOVATION

Focusing on core tracks and deepening full industrial chain layout. The company’s business covers six major segments: PLC optical splitters, optical fiber cables, fiber patch cords, MPO patch cords, FA-MT high-speed module optical components, and optical chips. Our product portfolio includes customized non-standard PLC splitters such as multi-mode PLC for automotive applications, anti-peeping PLC, waterproof PLC and all-optical network PLC, with specifications of 1×3, 1×6, 1×12, 1×24, 1×5, 1×9 and 1×17, as well as 400G, 800G and 1.6T optical module components. We have fully launched the layout of the "All-Optical Communication Ecosystem". Centered on the demands of AI computing power and cloud data centers, we adopt a dual-track development strategy of "Passive Ecosystem + High-Speed Engine".
