Ø 松套管:以PBT为原材料,松套管内含12芯(或以下)光纤、内部填充阻水纤膏。
Ø 填充绳:PP材质,用于填充缆芯结构(有需要时)。
Ø 绞合方式:松套管和填充绳以SZ形式绞合于中心加强件上。
Ø 阻水方式:阻水带纵包于缆芯,半干式阻水。
Ø 撕裂绳:2根聚酯撕裂绳在每层护套内。
Ø 芳纶纱:芳纶纱作为额外辅助加强件为光缆提供附加力值。
Ø 内护套:黑色MDPE。
Ø 外护套:黑色HDPE。
Ø Central Strength Member (CSM): Glass fiber reinforced plastic rod (GFRP), with PE sheath covering when needed.
Ø Loose Tube: PBT plastic material, containing 12 fibers and filled with a suitable water tightness jelly.
Ø Filler Elements: PP plastic rods, when needed.
Ø Stranding: Loose tube & filler SZ stranded around CSM.
Ø Longitudinal Water Tightness: Dry core with water swellable elements.
Ø Ripcord: 2 polyester ripcords under each sheath.
Ø Aramid Yarn: Aramid yarn as additional strength member.
Ø Inner Sheath: Black MDPE
 Ø Outer Sheath: Black HDPE.
